This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the return, replacement, and refunds of products purchased through www.eazeye.com, operated by Eazeye Technology Limited (“Eazeye”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Return Period
You may initiate a return within thirty (30) days from the date you receive your product. Once Eazeye issues the return shipping label or authorization, you must ship the product within seven (7) calendar days.
1.2 Condition of Returned Items

Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and manuals.

Products must not show signs of damage, misuse, or alteration.

Serial numbers, labels, or safety seals must remain intact.
Eazeye reserves the right to refuse or reduce the refund if the product is returned in a used or damaged condition.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards or promotional items.

Products marked as “final sale.”

Units that have been materially modified by the user.
2. Return Shipping & Costs
2.1 Responsibility for Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties, taxes, and fees incurred by Eazeye during the return shipment.
2.2 Return Method
Eazeye will provide instructions for the return process. Returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured courier service.
Eazeye is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Scope
Approved refunds will include the product purchase price only and will exclude shipping, taxes, duties, or other fees paid at checkout.
3.2 Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within fifteen (15) business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by Eazeye. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
3.3 Partial Refunds
If the returned product shows minor wear, missing accessories, or damaged packaging, Eazeye may issue a partial refund, reflecting the reduced resale value.
3.4 Refund Denial

Returns without prior authorization.

Products received beyond the 30-day return window.

Units returned incomplete, used, or damaged due to customer misuse.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Orders
4.1 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact Eazeye within 14 days of delivery at customer.support@eazeye.com with photo or video evidence.
Upon approval, Eazeye will offer either:

A replacement unit at no cost, or

A refund of the product value, at Eazeye’s discretion.
4.2 Non-Delivery or Lost Orders
If your order is lost in transit or not delivered within the estimated delivery window, contact Eazeye within 14 days from the expected delivery date.
Eazeye will investigate the matter and, if confirmed, issue a replacement or refund.
5. Warranty and Replacements
5.1 Initiating Warranty Service
To request warranty service or replacement, email customer.support@eazeye.com with your order details, description of the issue, and supporting documentation (e.g., photos, videos).
5.2 Warranty Approval and Fulfillment
Approved replacements will be shipped within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the defective item. Replacement units will be shipped to the original delivery address, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Restocking Fee
Eazeye does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns. However, products returned in non-original condition may incur deductions as outlined in Section 3.3.

Ensure the returned product is securely packaged to prevent shipping damage.

Use a trackable carrier and retain proof of shipment until Eazeye confirms receipt.
Failure to follow these conditions may result in delays or denial of refund.
8. Company Rights

Modify or discontinue this Policy at any time (without affecting active orders).

Deny returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.

Deduct costs for any shipping duties or damages incurred during return transit.

Limit or refuse service in cases of abuse, excessive returns, or fraudulent activity.

10. Legal Terms
This Policy is governed by and construed under the law of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in English.
Eazeye’s liability under this Policy is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
