Does it work in a dark room?
Reflective displays require light to perform. A desk lamp aimed at the screen fully restores visibility in low light, and most users find it improves their overall workspace lighting.
How is it different from a blue-light filter?
A filter reduces intensity from a backlight that's still broadcasting. Monitor 2 removes the backlight entirely, your room's existing light drives the display instead.
Will the colors look the same as my current screen?
Monitor 2 renders 16.7M true 8-bit colors, but brightness scales with ambient light, not a backlight. Color accuracy is real. Artificial vibrancy is not, and we won't claim otherwise.
