These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website www.eazeye.com (the “Site”) operated by Eazeye Technology Limited (“Eazeye”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By visiting or using the Site, purchasing a product, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

1.1 Access and Eligibility

Payment is due at the time of order placement and is processed securely via our authorized payment providers. By submitting your payment, you authorize Eazeye to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.

3.3 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If your order is canceled after payment, we will refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method.

3.4 Returns and Refunds

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

7. Termination

Eazeye may, at its sole discretion and without notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Site if:

  • You breach these Terms;

  • Your activity poses a risk to Eazeye’s operations or reputation; or

  • Termination is required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site immediately ceases. Sections regarding Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law shall survive termination.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in English. The arbitration seat shall be Hong Kong, and each party shall bear its own costs, unless otherwise ordered by the tribunal.

9. Changes to These Terms

Eazeye reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eazeye.

  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.

  • Force Majeure: Eazeye shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, internet outages, or government actions.
