What makes Paper 2.0 different from other tablets or e-ink devices?
Paper 2.0 uses a reflective LCD display that looks like paper but refreshes at 60Hz for smooth scrolling and no ghosting.
It combines the comfort of e-paper with the speed and versatility of a modern tablet.
Does Paper 2.0 reduce eye strain?
Yes. The screen eliminates glare and uses an (emergency) amber front-light with zero blue light emission. It also applies DC dimming instead of PWM, so brightness stays flicker-free.
Can I read and write comfortably on it?
Yes. The 10.3-inch, 1920 x 1440 (225 PPI) display produces crisp text and fine detail, ideal for reading, note-taking, and sketching.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life depends on usage:
- Around 15 hours of active use with the front-light on
- Up to 67 hours of reading with the front-light off
- About 30 hours of video or reading at moderate brightness
The reflective display helps extend battery life by using ambient light instead of backlighting.
What operating system does Paper 2.0 run?
It runs a customized Android-based system focused on privacy and eye comfort. You can use it without a Google account.

Yes. It includes a mic kill-switch and transparency logs showing when AI features access your device. Only anonymous usage metrics are collected, and you can turn that off anytime.

What's the warranty and return policy?
Paper 2.0 includes a one-year limited warranty. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for devices in like-new condition with original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
