Quick Answers to Common Questions

Get help with setup, orders, returns, and how to use your screen—fast and frustration-free.

What should I expect during setup?

You’ll connect your device via USB‑C or HDMI, position it near a light source, and power on.

Setup takes under 10 minutes.

Why isn’t my device lighting up as expected?

Make sure ambient light reaches the screen. If the LED backup doesn’t activate in low light, try adjusting settings or moving it closer to a window or lamp.

How can I pair my device as a second screen?

Connect via USB‑C or HDMI to your laptop or phone.

Switch display mode from primary to extended screen in your device settings.

How do I track my order or check delivery status?

How should I position my screen for comfort?

Place the top of the screen at or just below eye level.

Keep it at arm’s length away. Tilt back gently—10° to 20° works best

How can I reduce eye strain during long sessions?

Position near natural light.

Take a 20‑second break every 20 minutes.

Look out the window or blink regularly to refresh your eyes.

Is the screen compatible with Mac, Windows, iOS and Android?

Yes. It works with any device supporting USB‑C or HDMI display output.

No drivers needed.

How can I get the most energy‑saving benefits from my screen?

Use natural backlight whenever possible.

The device consumes just 4 W on average—versus around 40 W for traditional monitors.

Turn off LEDs when ambient lighting is sufficient.
